CONNECTED SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACADEMY (COSAA) COHORT 1.0 COMMENCES ON THE 3RD OF JANUARY, 2022
I am personally inviting you to enrol for my brainchild, the Connected School Administrators Academy starting on the 3rd of January 2022.
I have actually been getting requests from several people for mentorship on school administration and management. Before now, I have been doing the one-on-one mentoring and coaching services for individuals on request.
Now, I have put together the Connected School Administrators Academy (COSAA) which will run for three months in each cohort. It will run for three months (each quarter of the year).
Who is this course for?
It is for school administrators, managers. School owners, principal,heads of schools, vice principals, and anyone who is interested in advancingtheir career and developing the right administrative and management skills tomake them highly sought after and to perform excellently on their jobs.
What is the duration?
It is a three-month programme and will run from the 3rdof January to the 31st of March 2022.
Mode of Learning
It will take place online as group lessons with time for questionson Zoom and YouTube.
There’ll be a monthly one-on-one call to each participant.
There’ll be live sessions as well as recorded sessions, anda support group on Telegram.

The programme will cover relevant topics in school administrationand management including:
The Foundation of School Administration
Qualities of an Effective 21st Century School Administrators
Running with the Vision and Mission
Effective Communication Strategies
Effective Recruitment Strategies
Staff Retention Strategies
Performance Management
And lots more. I will not list all the topics too be coveredhere for obvious reasons.
Cost or Investment:
The three-month programme is N60,000.
However, if you pay between now and Friday the 15thof November, you will pay N50,000 instead of N60,000. And you’ll save yourselfN10,000. Isn’t that great?
And if you pay between the 16th of November tothe 30th of November, you’ll pay N55,000 instead of N60,000, andsave yourself N5,000.
