Since 2019, I have had a burden to do something to improve on the way boarding house administration is done in my country Nigeria. Even though I didn't know exactly how to go about it, I knew that something had to be done. 

I decided to start by writing a book that could serve as a guideline for boarding house operations. And recently, I decided to organise a two-day webinars along with an experienced professional Mr. Adewale Obafaiya.

So on the first day of the webinar, I took the entire session and shared tips on policies and procedures for operating a boarding house. I shared on sensitive areas every boarding house must pay attention to. With over 78 people in attendance, I have been receiving feedback about how useful, informative, insightful and educating the session has been to the participants.

I have decided to share the webinar replay with you if you missed the live webinar, or if you would like to go through it again even if you attended live. 

After the webinar, several boarding schools have reached out to me to book a training session for their boarding house teams, and to have my organisation do an audit of their boarding houses. Or mentor their boarding house supervisors.
