One of the books I've read in the past few years that has had a profound impact on my life is "Who Moved My Cheese?" by Spencer Johnson. This book is a short and easy-to-read fable about change and how we can adapt to it.

The story revolves around four characters: two mice, Sniff and Scurry, and two little people, Hem and Haw. They all live in a maze and their goal is to find cheese, which represents happiness and success. The cheese in the story is a metaphor for anything that we desire in life, such as a job, a relationship, or money.

The four characters all have different approaches to finding and dealing with change. Sniff and Scurry are simple-minded mice who use their instincts and keep moving forward, even when the cheese moves. On the other hand, Hem and Haw are more complex characters who become complacent when they find cheese, and are reluctant to change when the cheese disappears.

The key lesson of the book is that change is inevitable and it's important to be prepared for it. It's easy to get comfortable with the status quo and resist change, but we need to embrace it in order to succeed in life. We need to constantly adapt and be willing to try new things.

I found this book to be incredibly relevant to my own life and career. As an administrative professional and management consultant, I am constantly evolving and improving based on feedback and new research and technology. I have learned to embrace change and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement. I also apply this lesson to my personal life, such as trying new hobbies or meeting new people. As an introvert, this usually takes some effort from me, but the book constantly seves as a reminder that I cannot remain on the same spot.

I would like to conclude by saying that, "Who Moved My Cheese?" is a powerful reminder that change is a necessary part of life and we should not fear it, but rather embrace it as an opportunity for growth and improvement. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to develop a positive mindset and adapt to change in their personal and professional life.

Thank you for reading!
