The Connected School Administrators Academy (COSAA) is a three-month online academy for school administrators andmanagers, where I teach indepth on school administration and management. Since it is online, participants can join from any part of the world.

Features:

1. Weekly live video

Every week, participants will join a live video with Coach Nancy and other participants. This will be a time to ask questions, get feedback, and connect with other participants. All the sessions are not pre-recorded, so you get to interact with Coach Nancy and others in real time.

A new topic is taken every week, and relevant topics in school administration and management are taken.

2. Dedicated WhatsApp group

Questions can be asked and answered in a dedicated WhatsApp group. This will give participants access to Coach Nancy for the three-month duration of the academy. Resources are also shared in the WhatsApp group.

3. One-on-one personal coaching call

Every participant will have a one-on-one personal coaching call with Coach Nancy. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and get personal support in any areas they're struggling with in school administration and management. The one-one-call sessions are extended to cover other areas outside school administration and management since Coach Nancy is a certified life coach.

4. Access to Coach Nancy for three months

Coach Nancy will be available for participants for the three-month duration of the academy. This will give participants access to her wealth of knowledge and experience. And she gives without holding back.

5. Dedicated blog posts

Participants will have access to dedicated blog posts forthe duration of the academy. These posts will be written by Coach Nancy and other experts in the field. Some of the blog posts are passworded and are only accessible to participants of the Connected School Administrators Academy.

6. Assignments and responses

Participants will be given assignments and responses for th eduration of the academy. These assignments will be designed to help participants implement the learnings from the academy.

7. Networking with other participants 

Participants will have the opportunity to network with other participants who are school administrators or school owners, too. This will give participants access to a wealth of knowledge and experience. It also makes them to realise how their struggles are not unique to them.

8. Payment Paln:

The academy fee s N70,000 for the three months, nut a payment plan can be arranged for those who cannot pay at once. Payments acan be done in two or three instalments.
