1. Head of School

HEAD OF SCHOOL
Do you have what it takes to become a HEAD OF SCHOOL?
Can you manage the affairs of a school, and provide leadership and supervision for the TEACHERS while working with girls who are being nurtured in the performing arts (dancing, drama, music,) ?
Have you worked in a reputable school and have requisite experience supervising staff responsible for students in a school environment/facility?
Are you a graduate of Education?
Do you have at least three years of teaching experience and experience in administration responsibility?
Are you experienced in working or volunteering with a non-profit organization ?
Are you passionate about Arts Education or the Performing Arts?
Are you a member of TRCN?

RESIDENTIAL HOUSE PARENTS
Two House parents for the girls are needed for immediate employment. Please note that this position is residential.
Salary: N60,000 a month
You will work five days in a week and have two days off, apart from the annual leave
Qualification:
NCE with about five years’ experience of working in a school as a house parent or a teacher.
Interested in the performing arts (music, drama, dancing, etc.)
Knowledge of pre-teen and teenage psychology
A heart of service for indigent or orphaned children
Teamwork and good supervision skills (for the children's activities)
Self-discipline and the ability to serve as role models to young girls
Salary: N70,000 to N80,000

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
An experienced admin officer who will coordinate the operations of the academy.
Qualifications:
HND or degree in Business Administration or a related course of study
At least three years of experience in handling an administrative position
Strong people skills
Strong skills in filing, record keeping and information management
Ability to coordinate and plan effectively
Good customer service skills
Salary is negotiable based on the experience of the candidate

A qualified teacher who is keenly interested in the performing arts (dancing, music, instruments, drama, etc.) is needed to join the Dream Catchers Academy team in January 2022.

Qualification:

A keen interest to work with orphaned and indigent girls
Skilled in modern methods of teaching
Knowledgeable in the psychology of children from low-income backgrounds
Knowledge of preteen and teenage psychology
Team spirit
Self-discipline to be a role model to the girls in the academy
