ETIQUETTE AND PERSONAL GROOMING IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

NANCY EKPEZU

October 19, 2021

Recently, I have conducted interview sessions in search of great candidates for school administrator positions for my clients. Whilst I have met great and amazing candidates, I have also had concerns bothering around their appearance and personal grooming. I recall a particualr lady who had the skills, expereince and knowledge of school administration but didn't seem a good fit for what I needed for my client. She was poorly groomed and so, I did not recommend her.

Whilst this might be an extreme case, there are cases everyday at work somewhere where a school administrator is not dressing or grooming him or herself to represent the office he or she holds.

So, in this episode of administration with Nancy, I decided to bring in Gloria Robson, the Brand Polisher, as my guest to address these issues.
