Position: Female Boarding House Parents (2 positions)
Location:** Abuja, Nigeria
Type:** Full-Time Residential
Status:** Permanent

Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Develop and maintain positive relationships with boarding students.
- 🧠 Support the teenagers in their all-round growth and development
- 🏡 Oversee the well-being and safety of students in the boarding house.
- 🤓 Collaborate with educators to ensure a nurturing and conducive living and learning environment.
- 📞 Regular communication with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
Supervision of the students in their daily schedules and activities
Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field. A National Certifcate of Education (NCE) is acceptable.
- 🌐 Previous experience in a similar residential role preferred- at least three years.
- 🤔 Excellent understanding of teenage psychology and emotional intelligence.
- 👩👧👧 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
