Our client, a Nigerian-British curriculum-based school inEnugu, needs a Principal, a Head of Primary and a Head of the Nursery School.
Our company, Pezu Smith Consulting, is handling the recruitment.
All the positions are permanent positions, and the successful candidates are expected to resume in January 2023.
Please note that only the Principal is entitled to accommodation from the school. It would, therefore, be wise that applicants for the Head of Primary and Head of Nursery positions are currently residents in Enugu.
1. Principal
The Principal will report directlyto the Executive Director.
Requirements:
Prior school principal position/experiencefor at least two years in a standard school
Good administrative skills, recordkeeping and planning skills
Conversant with 21stcentury approaches to children discipline
Understanding of the curriculumand its implementation
Leadership ability
Sound decision-making skills
Conversant with internationalexaminations such as IGCSE, and can adequately prepare the students for such
examinations
A neat and professional appearance
Good customer service skills
Very good communication skills
Salary: N150,000/monthly

2. Head of Primary School
Understanding of children psychology
Leadership ability, and ability to motivatethe staff
Very good communication skills
Good customer service skills

Conversant with 21st century approachto child discipline
Salary: N80,000/monthly
3. Head of Nursery School
Understanding of developmental milestonesin children
Leadership ability
Neat and professional appearance
Good administrative and record keeping skills
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
