Do you know it's possible to relate with someone from afar for up to five years and get not to never really know the person? Such a relationship becomes very limited and robs you and the person the benefits of a great relationship. And I think that's what's happening to most of us here... you follow my posts quietly, without commenting or sharing it and yet I do not know you have a relationship with me. 

So, it's time to take our relationship to a whole new level... where we can speak on phone and chat and even hang out when there is a need to. Where I can get to know your needs and how I can help. And I'm actually very willing to help.

You know, I've been receiving CVs for some schools I'm recruiting for recently. And some people have reached out to me for enquiries. One of the frequent comments I hear is, "Ms. Nancy, you're my mentor.'', or, "I follow your activities on social media.'' Or, "I watch your youtube videos and even download them to digest better. Or, "My school uses your videos and your books to train my our staff.''. Or, ''You;re my coach and I talk about you a lot.'' While I appreciate all these comments, I really think we can do better.
