I'm excited to share with you my journey of building and growing my education and management consulting business, Pezu Smith Consulting, with the help of technology. Recently, (precisely, yesterday), I had the honour of speaking at the Future School Leaders Conference, where I shared my story and discussed how technology can transform businesses. It was my second time of being a speaker at this notable conference.

At Pezu Smith Consulting, we offer innovative solutions to our clients by leveraging technology since we do not want distance to be a barrier. Like many entrepreneurs, I started from humble beginnings and we are still in the formative years of my company. I had a vision for my business, and I am thankful for the resources and tools to bring it to life. That's where technology came in.

Through the power of technology, I was able to take my business from a startup to a growing one. I was able to streamline our processes, improve our efficiency, and ultimately provide better service to our clients. But it wasn't just about the technology itself. It was about the mindset shift that came with it. By embracing technology, I was able to adopt a growth mindset and explore new possibilities for my business.

And with the recent introduction of AI such as Chat GPT, I know there's still so much in store as we can get things done very speedily.
