Pezu Smith Consulting is currently seeking a School Administrator to join our clientβs team at a school in Isheri in the Lagos-Ogun State Axis.
As the School Administrator, you will play a key role in shaping the institution's (primary and secondary school) strategy, policies, and operational excellence. Join us and make a difference in the lives of our students and staff!
Responsibilities:
β Lead the whole school team in creating a world-class, tech-savvy school.
β Build a strong relationship with the board to understand expectations and growth plans.
β Ensure financial prudence and monitor budgets.
β Cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture.
β Drive operational excellence and monitor the organisation's performance.
β Achieve strategic priorities and update standard operating procedures.
β Increase the school's revenues, profitability, and market share.
β Plan for business expansion and develop human capital.
β Foster strategic partnerships with tech giants and professional networks.
β Maintain high academic standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
β Grow the leadership capabilities of the staff within the organisation.
β Track and measure compliance with policies and standards.
β Gather data and intelligence for strategic decision-making.
β Manage daily business operations and reporting systems.
β Implement the organisational strategy on a daily basis.
β Oversee the smooth running of all school departments in the school.
β Ensure a safe and optimal learning environment.
β Provide timely reports to the CEO on operational conditions.
β Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to engage stakeholders.
Requirements:
β¨ Proven leadership experience in operations and performance management.
β¨ Minimum of 15 years of overall work experience with 5 years in a management role.
β¨ Strong skills in business strategy and performance improvement.
β¨ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict management abilities.
β¨ Solid background in business administration and operations.
β¨ Strong organisational skills and a business-focused mindset.
β¨ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
β¨ Ability to gather intelligence and analyse data.
β¨ Extensive industry network and association memberships.
β¨ Experience in education management.
β¨ Exceptional people skills and ability to build strong relationships.
β¨ Networking and sales abilities.
β¨ Evidence of self-development through certifications.
β¨ Strong team player and self-starter.
β¨ Master's degree in Social Sciences, MBA, Education, or related fields.
β¨ Business, Management, and Leadership certifications are an added advantage.
Salary:
Join us and enjoy a competitive remuneration range of N500,000 and above, with accommodation provided if necessary. We value diversity and welcome candidates of any gender between the ages of 40 to 50 years.
