Our client intends to employ boarding house staff in its schools in Lagos and Abuja. The school implements the British Curriculum and attracts high brow parents. 

The following vacancies are available:

Head of Boarding

Female Hostel Parent/Matron

House Master

Assistant Boarding House Master

Requirements 

The candidates for each of the positions must have the following:

At first degree

At least four years of experience in boarding house management 

Interpersonal skills, with social grace to deal with high brow parents and children

Very good communication skills 

Emotional intelligence

Understanding of teenage psychology

Technology skills

Good supervision skills

Willingness to be a live-in staff
