It was such a deight to take this session on 'School Records and Administration' where I shared on what school records are, and emphasing on the importance of keeping school records.

As administrators, our decisions are data-based as against emotion-based. So basically, data and records help in our planning and stategy. They show our school history and what we have achieved with our students and staff.

Apart from these, records help to keep us accountable and also act as a reference. With records, we can have continuity on our job positions and anyone taking over from us can have a sealess flow into the posiiton and function effectively without having to put a phone call through to us everyday.

Keeping proper records would do whole lot more for you.
