I had the honour and privilege along with some great minds to share a bit about my journey into education consulting on Saturday the 19th of June at the INVEST Seminar organised by The Future School Leaders in India.
It's amazing how opportunities keep opening for me to speak at so many international conferences and summits since Pezu Smith Consulting started officially in 2019. But then, it's actually been a journey of more than twenty-five years as the skills, lessons, experiences, qualifications, passion, interests and talents that have got me here actually took more than a decade and a half to develop. And I'm still in the journey of learning and developing daily. There's no end to this learning thing!
I believe that when you have served as an employee very faithfullly with loyalty, integrity and commitment, and you keep learning and improving on yourself daily, a time will come when you'll outgrow your job to make more impact to a larger audience. And this audience does not have to be limited to your country or continent.
Doors will always open to reflect the level you're developing yourself to, and urge you to keep doing more and to keep making impact in your corner of the world.
