Nancy, You are an Outstanding Coach!
I met Nancy on the 8th of February this year. She was a guest speaker at the Abuja Educators Hangout. On that day, in fact when she started her topic on ' Have a Career Plan' the whole atmosphere changed. She drew everyone's attention. We were glued to our seats as we listened with full attention.
From there, I started following her on Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, etc.
On the 30th of April this year, I had a very challenging issue with some of my staff as a headteacher which nearly cost me my job. I called on her to coach me. During our coaching session, we outlined some guidelines to follow. I did that and within a week, my colleagues realized their mistakes and I also readjusted myself.
In fact, we are one family working together now! Nancy didn't stop there; she did a follow up with me to see to it that I am on course. Nancy, you are an outstanding coach!
I highly recommend Nancy as one of the best coaches I have ever had in my life. Engage Nancy as your coaching partner. You will never regret it.

A REVIEW OF THE BOOK 'DEAR EDUCATOR' BY NANCY EKPEZU
After reading this book, I made a detailed description of the areas I would like to improve on professionally. As I scale through each one, I make a stroke across. This has been very helpful.
On professional networking, Nancy says, "I wish I could write this on a billboard and have you read it every day as a reminder". This is profound!
'Dear Educator' should be read by every educator and even people from other professions because the lessons are universal.
I strongly believe it is a valuable resource for student teachers in preparing for the future of teaching.
The author penned her letters in simple English which makes it an interesting read for
anyone. The language is accessible and free of ambiguity and jargon.
Nancy's new book 'The School Administrator's Companion' is almost ready to get on the
shelf and I can't wait to read it.
OMOWUNMI ALAKIJA, June 2020
Dear Educator is a Must-Read...

Dear Educator is Simply Engaging!
From the moment I opened the first page of Dear Educator, I couldn't stop reading it until I finished the book. Simply engaging!
Dear Educator lays a lot of emphasis on investing in self-development which really stood out for me.
The author uses very simple and everyday language which is a plus. And I love the excellent quality of the book production!
This book is recommended for everyone in the education space and others.

Dear Educator gave me an instant boost in my job.
Dear Educator is an awesome read! It gave me an instant boost in the dwindling zeal for my job.
I have applied what I learnt by carrying out my job efficiently, according to the school's policies, without any fear or favour.
What stood out for me was Page 46- The Educator and the Boss. I have learnt not to squeeze myself into a personality that I am not, in order to please.
The narrative style of writing makes it very easy to grasp the message being passed by the author. In fact, the words were brought to life!
And the book Dear Educator os of great quality. I simply love the cover!
It is a must-read for every educator.

Dear Educator is Value-filled
Ms. Nancy Mba Ekpezu, the founder of the Educational Administration Network is a wonderful and great being...
She is one of the few I have always followed secretly on social media. A very calm and simple being...
When I discovered her on Facebook, I thought she would be a proud person...sorry ma'am😅🤗...but I didn't just connect so well initially...
Not until Mr. Rotimi Eyitayo brought some great Educators together to face our fears...then we spoke and she did something spectacular in my life... Holla me if you wanna know...hehe😘😋. I discovered she is just an easy-going person...no stress at all... A disciplinarian... A focused and great leader... Thank you so much for the values you dish out right here and in your network... Keep being great ma'am. Much love.
This book (Dear Educator) is loaded!
Just tell me why you wouldn't get this book, Dear Educator.... Get one and go through..come back to testify to God's glory...Hallelujah... For real... This book is value-filled...talks about the totality and acceptance of an Educator...
A MUST HAVE!

Dear Educator is a requirement for every staff in our school.
Nancy Ekpezu's book, DEAR EDUCATOR, comes highly recommended to every educator. It is very rich in content and quite enlightening. Her style of delivery is simple, with everyday vocabulary that makes reading the book a pleasure. Every chapter is unique but chapter 11, " You Should Own A Smart Phone " became to me, an "aha moment." Not only have our educators read the book but it has become a requirement that every prospective hire in our school reads it.

Dear Educator has real-life illustrations.
Dear Educator is an amazing book with simple and real-life illustrations. It is a book you apply to your day to day life as a teacher. I recommend it to every educator out there. It is also a good book for new teachers in the educational sector.
The words are clear and easy to read; it is descriptive and narrative.
What stood out for me is that the author narrated her real-life experience. As a school, it is helping us mentor other teachers better.

Dear Educator has changed my mindset as an educator.
I met Ms. Nancy Ekpezu for the first time at a seminar conducted in my school. After she was introduced, she started dissecting our school's vision and mission; there and then, I was convinced that she is an educator that knows her 'onions'. As a mother and a librarian, this book 'Dear Educator', has changed my mindset on being an educator and the way I perceive Education generally. I have applied it by improving myself in areas that would help me build and teach the children better. And the author's philosophy about education and educators stood out for me.
At first, I didn't see my self as someone who possesses the ability to transform others academically. But, in the course of reading this book, my 'eyes of understanding' the intricacies in building the 'Total child's, has improved and made me a better teacher. Honestly, this book should be one of the 'Holy Grail's' of our time. I definitely recommend this book for EVERYONE, because we are all EDUCATORS.

The quality of the book is superb and splendid!
Dear Educator is a masterful piece of insightful literary work on the modus operandi of a 21st-century Educator. It is a revolutionary piece of literary work.
The quality of the book is superb and splendid!
What stood out for me was the way and manner contemporary issues affecting educators were handled.
The style of writing is contemporary.
I have applied it by changing my method of teaching.

I hadn't seen a book with that quality in a long while.
The quality of the book was surprisingly great. I hadn't seen a book with that quality in a long while.
I loved the fact that Nancy wrote the book like a letter to her readers, speaking straight to the heart of the reader.
Her personal experiences and how she handled the challenges she faced, actually stood out for me.
I've learned to take a break from work and do my own things after reading the chapter on finding a balance between work and life.
Dear Educator is such an invaluable book! It has had a positive effect on my life as an educator. My best chapters are MANAGING YOURSELF and DON'T NEGLECT PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING. Thank you so much, Nancy, for such an awesome book at this time.

Dear Educator is a mentoring tool.
A lot stood out for me but specifically chapters 2, 16, and 19. Dear Educator, in my opinion, is like a series of letters written by a dear friend to nudge the reader lovingly, but firmly to be intentional in taking charge of his/her personal growth and development. Dear Educator could be likened to a Mentoring tool. It mentored me in areas I needed to improve on in very practical ways.
For one thing, I could relate to some of the experiences the Author penned down because I could picture the real events playing out in my very eyes. Maybe because we had a working relationship in the past. The style of writing is quite captivating that I don't get bored reading Dear Educator. It is written in simple and clear language. The vocabulary is quite modern. I love the way a variety of quotes from other authors was used in the introduction of a new concept and in its conclusion. Shows she is an avid reader.
As I read each of the chapters, I see myself going through a journey of learning, unlearning, and relearning. The strategies I have learnt will be applied to better equip me to be a 21st-Century Educator. Thank you Nancy for the book dear Educator. I found value in reading. Indeed it was worth my time. If you have a copy of this book and have not yet read or completed it, I urge you to please not waste anymore more time in digesting it. One Love.
Keren Favour Oba,

My oh my! What a Book!
My oh my! What a book! What sparks me about your book "Dear Educator " is that it was drawn from the wealth of your personal and professional experiences. I must remark that you have written excellently well. What made it so constructive is the personal testimonies you shared and the quotes. I was held spellbound after reading about your 50-page handover note! That was a legacy! What did I learn? Always exit well! The content so much made an impact on me that while I was reading, I would pause at intervals to review my career as a Foodservice trainer/Culinary Instructor/Child Evangelist. The lessons shared in the book, are also applicable to every occupational field --- my hospitality field and children ministry inclusive! My highlights key chapters are, "The Teacher and the Student", "Finding Work-life Balance", "Managing Yourself", "Professional Networking", " The Teacher and Emotional Intelligence ", just to mention these few. I celebrate you, Nancy; your book has proven that it pays to do the right thing at all times. Respect!

The quality of the book exceeded my expectation.
The first thing that caught my eye was the quality of the book and then when I started reading it, I was blown away by real-life truths shared by the author.
The quality of the book exceeded my expectation!
Knowing the author personally for some years now, I wasn't expecting anything less than the best when she told me about her book; but reading the book took the bar even higher and further confirmed what I have always known about her. She gives value always and does it wholeheartedly and excellently.
The first time, I read Dear Educator in about 2 hours because I just couldn't stop and I just needed to get on to the next fact that she was sharing. The second time, I had to sit back and take time to annotate the book with a coloured pen, and I almost underlined all the sentences because everything was just so relevant and so true.
The stories are so interesting and relatable; so, you keep saying 'aha!', no wonder!, now I see. It covers every area from the teacher in the classroom all the way to the administrator and even relating to management. She even added the business aspect of being an educator which is what most educators need to learn especially in these times.
Dear Educator should be made a mandatory orientation handbook for educators.
Evelyn Ekarika, Blooms and Daisies Schools, Calabar
.
The part about self-development made something pop in my head.
Many aspects stood out for me in DEAR EDUCATOR.
Ms. Nancy's encouragement to the reader for a professional and self-development made something pop in the head. I had enrolled for a Master's degree program in Educational Administration and after two semesters, I felt the academic workload, office work, and running the home were taking a toll on me and had to put the program on hold. After reading..."The fact is, there is a price for professional development; it doesn't necessarily come cheap"(Page 21). I made up my mind to complete my last semester and also to enroll in another program as soon as possible.
I honestly recommend that every learning establishment in Nigeria (both public or private) get DEAR EDUCATOR for every one of their staff as a guide/ handbook because it is an honest, down to earth and selfless composition of a true 21st-century Educator.
Evelyn Ogar, Palm Court Creche, and Schools, Calabar
Words can't explain how I felt after reading Dear Educator.
Wow! Words cannot explain how I felt after reading this masterpiece for every educator called DEAR EDUCATOR.
I have given the book to almost all my colleagues to read and the feedback is topnotch! Clearly laid out in understandable terms, it opened my eyes to tips I should put in place as an educator and also the truth about Emotional Intelligence!
I'm grateful I came across this piece of knowledge. Dear educator. If you haven't read DEAR EDUCATOR if you must get ahead and excel as a 21st-century educator, go grab your copy now!
